STAND4KIDS aims to establish a national pediatric trial network through the following activities:
Mapping national sites, based on expertise and operational capacity of pediatric trials (clinical and trial conduct).
Provide C4C with information on practices at national and site level, including:
Ethics and regulatory approvals
Standards for study procedures and documents – e.g. confidentiality agreements, master contracts, budget templates
Support C4C proof-of-viability studies (industry and non-industry) conducted in Portugal:
Feasibility assessments (site and/or national)
Site readiness and site performance
Disseminate and support the implementation of network-wide standards and processes.
Identify training needs from sites and liaise with sites for C4C training opportunities.
Link with and promote the voices of children, young people and families at national level
